What can I expect from this event?
LUMAGICA Munich is an exciting fantasy world that tells visual stories through the medium of illuminated sculptures. A perfect experience for anyone looking for the perfect photo spot, both the young and old.
Where does the experience take place?
CAVALLUNA PARK, Hans-Jensen-Weg 3, 80939 Munich
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
Lumagica has both indoor and outdoor areas.
How long does the event last?
Depending on personal preference, about 45 to 90 minutes.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
Yes, you can buy both food and drinks on site.
Is there a parking lot on site?
Yes, parking spaces are available.
What are the opening hours?
You can find the current opening hours on the website here.
Will there be additional opening dates?
An extension into February is possible if demand is high. Though, this is not currently planned.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event. Therefore we strongly recommend you book your tickets in advance to ensure admission. You can purchase tickets via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Also remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print out my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app in the "Tickets" section. If you have not yet installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
For this experience, changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us using the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Alternatively, you can also check the option to make a change as follows:
Go to your ticket in the Fever app. You will find it in the "Tickets" section where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you are welcome to make a group booking.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and if you share them, feel free to @ us. However, please make sure that you do not disturb other guests when taking photos.
Accessibility
Do I have to arrive at the beginning of my booked time slot?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Early or late admission cannot be guaranteed.
Can I take animals with me? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue barrier-free & accessible?
Yes, the venue is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
What items are prohibited at this event?
No large items of luggage or bulky objects are permitted. Weapons, gas spray bottles, pyrotechnics, food and drinks, flags and banners are also prohibited.
Is smoking or vaping permitted on site?
Smoking and vaping is permitted outside the buildings.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, the experience is barrier-free and accessible for deaf and visually impaired people.
Is seating available? Can I sit down during the experience?
It's a circular walk, but if you need a little break, you'll find a few seats where you can rest.
Are there toilets at the venue?
The venue has restrooms. Please ask our staff on site for instructions.
Is there a lost & found?
We recommend that you ask the event staff if your belongings have been found.
Is there an age limit?
All ages are welcome at this experience. The premises are also accessible with pushchairs/buggies.
Weather and Clothing
LUMAGICA takes place in all weathers - including the rain. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be returned due to bad weather unless there is an acute risk to visitors.
Gastronomic Offer/Allergies Note
Along the circular route (after approx. 2/3 of the tour) there is a gastronomic offer. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please contact the respective provider on site.
